Brian Overstreet
Brian E. Overstreet is one of the hottest sports management personalities in the country; also he is a practicing attorney with the Overstreet Law Firm and CEO/President of E. Overstreet Sports Management. As a Certified Contract Advisor with the National Football Players Association, he authorized to direct negotiations between individual athletes, professional football teams and their owners,
Mr. Overstreet attended Sam Houston State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 in Criminology and Corrections with a minor in Pre-Law. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1998.
Since becoming founder of EOSM in 1998, he has negotiated contracts for a number of high profile clients and many bright young stars to come. A few of those clients include: Casey Hampton, Robert Ferguson, Cedric Griffin, Dante Hall, Marcus Tubbs, Rex Hadnot and Kevin Everett. Brian is committed to giving back to his community through the Early Overstreet Cancer Research Foundation which hopes to find a cure for this devastating disease. Furthermore, annually, to benefit cancer research E. O. Sports Management sponsors a �Back 2 Camp� week featuring a free football camp, a celebrity golf tournament, a VIP reception, and a variety of other activities.
In addition to his role in EOSM, Brian is a member of Brentwood Baptist Church where he has served on both youth mentoring and usher boards. He is a member of Who’s Who Among American Business Men, honored by the Iota Lambda Business Sorority as a young entrepreneur, inducted into the Hall of Fame at Westbury High School, a member of MGM (Making Great Men) at Brentwood Baptist Church and a board member of South Central YMCA. Brian is also a member of the National Bar Association and the State Bar Association of Texas.

Russel V. Hicks
Russel V. Hicks, Director of Football Operations/Certified Contract Advisor, has more than a decade of experience in Promotions, Marketing, and in the representation of professional athletes. As a Certified Contract Advisor for the National Football League, Russel has built a stellar reputation in the sports management industry because of his outstanding service, insight, vision, and integrity. In 2005, Russel decided that his vision of a full service Sports Agency could only be accomplished by taking a chance and branching out on his own and surrounding himself with a dedicated group of professionals that shared his vision which led to the founding of Coast 2 Coast Sports Management. Russel was credited by Gil Brandt of NFL.com as personally navigating Danieal Manning’s draft rise from a projected 4th rounder to the 42nd pick of the 2006 NFL Draft. Prior to creating Coast 2 Coast, Russel had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry where he won numerous sales awards and helped implement various sales strategies. Russel has taken his experience and success in corporate America and implemented those strategies to aggressively promote and represent all of his professional athletes on and off the field. In May of 2008, Russel joined forces with EO Sports Management which has become one of the fastest growing and progressive mid level sports agencies in the country.
Russel is a 1991 Graduate of Texas Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. While attending TSU, Russel was president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, a member of the Texas Southern track team, and also chairman of the �Go to High School, Go to College� mentorship program. Russel is married with three children and resides in Sugar Land, TX.

Judge Morris Overstreet
Combine the legal expertise of E. Overstreet’s President, Brian Overstreet with the living legal legacy of Judge Morris Overstreet, and you’ve got a truly dynamic team of attorneys… an imperative tandem in the high-stakes world of sports and contract negotiation. Judge Overstreet was elected to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 1990 where he was reelected to a full, six-year term that commenced at the end of 1998. Like his cousin Brian, �The Judge� is also a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association and is authorized to negotiate contracts between players, clubs, and their owners.Judge Overstreet earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Southern University in 1975, where he began a prolific law career. In 1994, he returned to college and received a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University. Presently, Judge Overstreet is the Director of Clinical Legal Studies at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. A frequent lecturer, Judge Overstreet is in high demand as a public speaker and legal consultant. As a member of the Court, he has authored over 500 legal opinions and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Judicial Council Division of the National Bar Association.

Eric Armstead
With a creative style and outgoing personality, Eric Armstead’s tenacious spirit and blue collar work ethic makes it easier for him to track the nation’s top collegiate athletes for E.O. Sports. Outside of contract negotiations, Eric maintains day-to-day operations for current NFL athletes such as Casey Hampton, Quincy Morgan, Robert Ferguson, and Dante’ Hall. Along with Brian and Tyron, Eric pursued his B.A. in Political Science while maintaining a 3.9 GPA at Sam Houston State University where he was a Bearkat Cheerleader, a gymnastics instructor, as well as a batboy for the Houston Astros.
In addition to his sports duties, Eric is also a full time legal consultant at the Overstreet Law Firm where he assists attorneys on criminal case law, drafting motions and family law issues. Also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi he keeps the fraternal order in mind with clients and potential clients in maintaining a close relationship in what is known as the “Family.” Having extensive knowledge in law and sports makes Eric a viable asset to the E.O. Sports Management team

Tony Taft
One of the founding partners of Faubus & Taft, LLP, Tony has tried cases in varying areas, including complex and simple contract and business disputes, employment matters, personal injury, and medical malpractice. It is Tony’s belief that effective advocacy, thorough preparation and a willingness to try the case allow his clients to obtain peak value on their claims. Tony has also successfully forced a number of opposing parties into meaningful settlements for his individual and corporate clients using the tools of mediation and arbitration.
Tony received a BA in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 1998. As a member of South Texas College of Law’s award winning appellate advocacy program, Tony received multiple awards ranking him among the top individual advocates in the State and Nation. In 1998, he received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award and was selected as a National Member of the Order of the Barristers for having attained high honors through the art of courtroom advocacy. He works to help South Texas College of Law students continue those traditions by coaching advocacy teams at the law school. In 2004 and 2005, Tony was named among Texas Rising Stars in the Texas Super Lawyer edition of Texas Monthly (an honor going to only the top 2.5% of up and coming Texas attorneys under the age of 40). Tony and his wife Genea live in Houston, Texas.

Shedric McGill
As the Certified Public Accountant for E.O. Sports Management, Shedric McGill provides accounting, tax, financial management, and small business consulting services to entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and their respective companies. As an eminent and honorable individual in the community, he successfully manages the tax issues of nonprofit organizations as well as community based programs. He is dedicated to stabilizing his clients’ financial discipline and responsibility, and providing guidance to facilitate the financial freedom of individuals. As an accountant, Mr. McGill has demonstrated professional competence by maintaining high standards for his firm. His goal is to educate each client by helping them better understand their individual situations. With this knowledge, clients will be able to manage their personal finances.
Mr. McGill values the importance of client relationships. He adds a personal touch to his services by contacting clients throughout the year with tax law changes and other pertinent financial news.
